Recognised by the Government of India
Our in-house R&D unit is recognised and registered by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. DSIR recognition is granted only to units carrying out sustained, verifiable research and development.
A continuous record since 2013
Axxonet System Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has held DSIR recognition for its Bengaluru R&D unit across successive renewals, first registered in 2013 and renewed at each cycle since, reflecting an uninterrupted programme of applied research.
Renewed through 2028
The most recent renewal, accorded on 27 May 2025 under file reference TU/IV-RD/3626/2025, extends recognition and registration of the in-house R&D unit up to 31 March 2028.
Customs duty exemption for research
Registration enables the R&D unit to avail customs duty exemption on the import and purchase of equipment, instruments, spares and consumables used for research, in terms of the applicable Government of India customs notifications, keeping advanced instrumentation within reach of our labs.
What it means for our partners
For customers and collaborators, DSIR recognition is independent assurance that Axxonet's products are backed by a formally recognised research function, not a manufacturing line alone, and that our claims of in-house innovation are on the public record.
