Every interview, captured to evidentiary standard
PolyX IVRS records two to four IP or USB cameras per interview room on one timeline. Start, pause and stop are sync-locked across all cameras, and every closed segment is sealed as the interview runs, so the recording is tamper-evident from the first second.
Schedule
Book the room, lead and second officer, solicitor and interpreter. Overlapping slots are flagged before anyone arrives.
Verify and record
A pre-recording checklist confirms the room is secure and the subject's identity. Operators add bookmarks and annotations during the interview, with disk headroom, audio meters, PTZ control and camera health in view.
Seal
Every closed MP4 segment is hashed with SHA-256, encrypted with AES-256-GCM and written into a signed manifest. Playback flags any gap in a camera's timeline to the second instead of hiding it.
Review and disclose
Sync-locked multi-angle playback, one-click Verify Integrity that re-computes every hash and checks the signature, clip export, transcript workflows and disclosure packages ready to send to court.
An immutable audit ledger
Logins, case edits, camera events, playback views and exports land on a write-once volume as a SHA-256 hash chain. Each event records operator, workstation, IP address and both IST and UTC time, and the chain can be verified and exported as CSV or JSON.
On-premise, under the agency's control
PolyX runs as a native Windows workstation application. Cameras, cases, recordings and the audit ledger stay on-premises. Axxonet installs, commissions and supports PolyX on-site from Bengaluru.
