Built on BEOS
The Neuro Signature System (NSS) is the instrument-and-software product that puts the BEOS theory and methodology to work. NSS-BEOS uses Brain Electrical Oscillation Signature profiling to detect the presence of Experiential Knowledge of an event in the subject's brain.
The instrument
NSS records scalp electrical activity through a multi-electrode sensor cap, worn like a swimming cap. The Signal Processing Unit runs on battery, is electrically isolated from the mains and communicates over fibre optics, so it is safe to use for screening and needs no specially treated room.
Auditory probes & baseline
After the cap is fitted, the system records a resting baseline (three minutes eyes-closed, three minutes eyes-open) before the main protocol presents the auditory probes. The subject only listens; there are no questions to answer.
Automated analysis & report
NSS performs time- and frequency-domain analysis of the oscillations provoked by each probe, classifies the cognitive processing, groups probes into Scenarios and prints an interpreted forensic report, indicating the nature of involvement, whether in planning or execution, and helping identify who in a group performed an act.
Field-proven & validated
In service since the early 2000s, NSS-BEOS has screened 900+ judicial cases (murders, terrorism, fraud, poaching, theft) with reports presented in court as supporting documentation, and has been independently validated by Government studies.

NSS is used by forensic labs, police forces, intelligence, immigration and anti-narcotics agencies and the judicial system, in India and abroad, across insurgency and terrorism, criminal cases, financial fraud, smuggling, narcotics, trafficking and espionage.
